Building with Distinction Homes was a very satisfying experience for a number
of reasons.
Prior to the first soil being turned, Metods experience was invaluable when
evaluating and specifying design and materials that you can’t always see
or weren’t always obvious wandering through many display homes.
Most people that have visited our house comment on how easy it is to differentiate
it from the standard spec homes and the quality and thought put into it.
The building experience was very good with Metod. The house was not only completed
when promised, there was also excellent communication throughout the whole process.
Metod was exceptionally easy to get along with on all aspects of the job and
made every possible effort to exceed our expectations.
We would recommend Metod and Distinction Homes to anyone wanting to build a
quality home that will stand out from the crowd.
If we wanted to go through the building experience again, we wouldn’t
consider anyone else.
